Upload only what you are authorised to use
You must hold the necessary rights or permissions for the recording, composition, lyrics, performances, samples, beats and artwork. Retain contributor agreements and licences for review. Traditional or publicly available material is not automatically free of all rights.
YouTube Content ID needs a separate review
Distribution permission does not automatically establish Content ID eligibility. YouTube requires exclusive rights in reference material for the territories claimed. Non-exclusive beats, shared loops, public-domain material and other non-exclusive references may be ineligible. The wizard records an eligibility-review request, not a Content ID activation.

Real listeners. Honest promotion.
Do not use bots, stream farms, automated repeats or services promising guaranteed streams or paid playlist placement. Stores may adjust metrics, withhold royalties or remove content. Any provider charges, disputes or recovery of losses must follow documented evidence, the applicable agreement and a review process; this website does not automatically deduct penalties.

Report a copyright concern
Email vistlestudiosmp@gmail.com with your name, contact email, the work you own, the affected page or store links, and a clear explanation of your authority and concern. Include the Folk Music Studio reference if known. Do not send identity documents or bank details through a general support message. The team may ask for evidence through an appropriate channel.
Takedowns, corrections and disputes
Artists can open a takedown or artist-profile correction conversation in the support inbox. We review the request and confirm authority before routing any store action. Timelines depend on the distributor and stores; receipt of a request is not confirmation that content has been removed. Keep records of permissions and correspondence while a dispute is reviewed.
